First time in Boston and was WONDERFUL! Lobster rolls were yummy, sights were amazing, and enjoyed the museums! So much to do and so little time (we were there for 12 hours)

Our third visit to Boston so we went to Salem on the commuter train which was fun. We did come back here as it was July 4th and saw some of the celebrations happening. Boston is a handsome city with loads to do. The park is beautiful and well worth a visit.

We have seen the historic sights of Boston before, so we did not go to that part of the city. Instead, we had two excursions - one a boat ride on the Charles River and then a walking tour of the Beacon Hill area.

Lovely Sunday. First went to church service in Old North Church. Then Hop On Hop Off bus for the full circle. Finished with a lovely lunch at Chart House. Great time in Bean Town.

Take the 'hop off/hop on' bus once you leave the ship to get into town. Take the Freedom Trail to get the true feel of Boston. North End for lunch!

Boston is a nice city in the summer time, cold in the winter. We stopped here not only on cruises but visits to relatives who live here. It’s a busy city with many things to do.
