Reasonable cabs, buses and skytrain. Ferries to nearby islands, Victoria and to the United States from Victoria.

This is where we embarked and we spent the night prior to our cruise at Lonsdale Quay hotel across from the cruise ship docks. We had a lovely afternoon, enjoyed dinner at Tap & Brew, and enjoyed the ferry ride across to the cruise docks.

Spent five days here before our cruise and did a lot, loved everything! Saw whales, eagles, otters, Victoria, Butchart Gardens, and did the Flyover!

What a beautiful, bustling city! Our hotel was in downtown Vancouver so we could walk everywhere and walk we did! We covered the waterfront, then toured Gastown. It is a national historic site complete with an iron statue of "Gassy Jack" and an awesome steam driven clock.

Spent 3 days here before we got on. Very central for getting from port to down town. Hop on hop off bus goes from here which was great. Also fly over Canada was amazing. Well worth doing.

We toured the city before boarding the Celebrity Millennium. The tour ended at the cruise port so our luggage was picked up at our hotel and delivered to our cabin, an excellent service.

Biking around Stanley Park was my favorite. People are very nice and it's easy to get around. I recommend staying near the waterfront, near the cruise terminal because it is so central and close to the visitor center. Go to Vancouver Overlook-during the day was great, but the entrance fee allows you to come back at night if you want.

Beautiful city and easy to walk or bike from the port to downtown. Going under Lions Gate Bridge was fun (only 6 feet of clearance!).
