Review summary

We took Quick Shuttle from Washington State to the Cruise Terminal. We past Canadian Immigration on the shuttle at the Port of Entry. The shuttle drops the passengers off on the upper level and the baggage is off loaded on the lower level directly to the ship. On the way to the ship we had go through United States Immigration. We boarded the ship all our luggage were in our cabins. Disembarkation we found our luggage tried to find a five passenger vehicle. The taxi are limited to four passengers. There was over a one hour wait for a van so we had to take two cabs a short distance to the hotel about a mile away.

Embarkation

5 out of 5
Completed all documents online in advance. Embarkation was very fast.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
Requested opened seating defaulted to second seating. The servers were very good and all the dishes served were very good.

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
There were plenty of activities for the grandchildren. The youngest one six years old had special structured activities with all the young children.

A dedicated area for children with a full staff.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Outstanding staff. Guest Services, Dining Servers, Cabin Stewards and any of the workers around the ship.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
The ship was clean in all the public area. The aft elevators has two banks one on the Port side and the other on the Starboard side. The ship is long and wide compared to some of the older Celebrity ships

Cabin / Stateroom

4 out of 5
The cabin was large. Limited drawers to place under garments and socks. The Closet had plenty of room for hanging clothes. Limited space for laptop. No night stands. Limited shelves in the bathrooms.
