I would definitely recommend the train ride. Our family and friends went on it and the scenery was the best. If someone with you is in a wheelchair it is not an issue.

Skagway Brewery rocks, taste the beer made with Spruce Tip Blonde...enjoy! Good food too! Located at the end of the main drag. Worth the walk from the cruise ship.

We did the Railway excursion and I thought it was beautiful. Make sure to pack snacks very long. Town was very pretty and lot of great shops to see.

This was my favorite port. Husband and I rented through Green Jeep Tours and took a sweet electric blue auto Wrangler up to the Yukon Territory. We went to Carcross and booked a 30 minute cart ride pulled by Iditarod Huskies. My only wish is that it lasted longer. The people working there were so informative and sweet about answering every question that was thrown their way. We also got to play with and hold 5 week old puppies. When we finally left the dogs, we continued on to Emerald Lake. Green Jeep Tours also provides a self guided CD and binder. Great day! The mountain views and all of the waterfalls make for exquisite pictures.

Favorite port! Loved this town. We took the train, panned for gold and had the BBQ lunch. This was very enjoyable.

Went to Liarsville...food was delicious and entertainment was hilarious. And, yes we panned for gold.
