Hiked Ptarmgan Lake Trail. Saw moose in Anchorage. Walked paved coastal trail. Quite extensive.

Didn't spend any time here but we did enjoy the bus ride from Anchorage on the Big Bus. Great narration. Also the Nature Preserve was fun.

FYI - The port in Seward is about a 3 - 4 hour bus ride from the airport in Anchorage. Plan accordingly.

At the end of the day (4:30-6:00), go to the Small Boat Harbor to see the fisherman come in. They hang up the day's catch on hooks and you can see the fish that people caught who hired boats to take them out for the day. You can also see fisherman cleaning the fish that they caught.

recommendations: Exit Glacier, only cost $10 round trip; or cruise for glacier/seal life
