Nice little port. We just walked around town. We were surprised that the shops were open when we arrived early in the morning.

No excursion here but a nice little town to walk around. One taxi driver told us there are over 150 jewellery stores in this small area. Many of them are owned by Princess. Large posters at the door offer a super special. When you go in to buy it, you get high pressure up selling. I liken it to time shares in Mexico.

Ketchikan was very fun. We rented a electric golf cart to do our own tour of the town.. The totem poles, creek street and some of the other places we visited were so interesting.

We did the boat excursion Eagles, Totems and Lighthouse and it was wonderful. Boat was staffed with great folks and we saw lots of eagles and a close up view of the amazing coastline. Included snacks and salmon spread and lots of hot chocolate. Weather was partly sunny, 65 degrees and beautiful!
