Didn't book any excursions so decided to hike up to the Last Chance Mining Museum on our own. It was still closed and was opening in a few days but the lady let us look around anyways. The walk there was not too fat but straight up the hill in Juneau. Had a great dinner at the Prospector Hotel. Amazing king crab legs and coconut shrimp!

Super beautiful town. The tram ride was pretty! And lady Baltimore was a most see! I would love to come back when the season is in full swing. We came at the very beginning.

we went to the mendenhall glacier twice. In the morning we went to the visitors center were we saw a couple of small cubs in a tree and later in the after we saw the mother catch a salmon to feed to the cubs. Then we went on a hike through the woods to get to the waterfall at the Glacier. This was incredibly impressive.

This port is further from town. Did the excursion hiking at Mendenhall Glacier. Included a fair amount of climbing and was about 6 miles. Perfect weather, so it was 5 stars!

small town, free WiFi in the library located on top of the parking garage located across from the Marine Park and Red Dog Saloon. Musher Camp excursion offered by cruise line is the same one they offer in Skagway (on dirt). There are tons of booths for sight seeing tours if you don't purchase on the ship, they are located on the docks. If interested in Jewelry, Jewels by Kris were super friendly and not so pushy.
