I did an excursion of the Tram to the mountain which is very educational, museum, natural trails and the best general or book store I have ever visit.

Whales, Mendenhall and Mt. Roberts Tram are the port Highlights. Stop in the Red Dog Saloon too if you have the time. Keep your eyes pealed and camera's ready for Eagles too they are plentiful at this port.

Rainy day. We thought our excursion would be cancelled but we're happy that it wasn't. We did a helicopter tour and landed on the glacier. That was awesome. The Red Dog saloon was just great and is a must see. Lots of shops and more jewelry stores than anyone could ever need.
