What change would you like to see

Everyday I read about changes ships are making. What would you like to see ?

I would like to see EVERYTHING included in the pricing to make it easier to compare. The price tag on NCL for example ends up being roughly 3 times the quoted cruise fare price on their site. C'mon man! Oh, and stop with the photographers all over. Everyone has a camera, leave me alone.

Delighted to hear that.

It does make a difference in my opinion. Professional, personal service (but not in your face)

I've experienced this on every cruise line Nov 2021 on HAL where I've done fixed dining. Seriously, promise....

I can relate to this, as it happens to me a lot..

Often when out shopping,or at restaurants, I am asked for photos, and Iengage in conversation .

People really appreciate when I give them my time and I feel really good for making somebody's day even more special.

You got my vote on that...altho i admit we buy VIBE space on NCL, and HAVANA cabins on CCL, which eliminates some of those annoyances you mentioned....obviously not everybody does that ($) nor should they have to to enjoy a cruise. Unfortunately cruise lines in general know how little it takes to alienate a paying customer. So no matter what they "say" about rules and behavior, its a far cry from what they actually do to enforce them. Seems most folks just put up with it...

The only room service we order is that continental freebie in the AM...NCL tacks on a delivery charge regardless..so that freebie is now $10 day including the $3 I give the young man who delivers it. CCL is still free, and I must say, last cruise he was so prompt you could set your watch by him...never ordered a real meal, just seems to me it would take too long, arrive only warm..(if you're lucky)...and cost waaaaay too much to suit me. But them cutting back on staff, and charging for what used to be free tells a story all by itself...

more stringent actions taken for ship rules. i still see kids in adult only areas, and i still see people saving seats with towels at the pool. i'd like to see warnings and then penalties. people just take advantage because they can get away with it.

i'd also love faster room service. it takes forever!

You've got me sitting here trying to remember the last time I remember this happening. Sadly, for me, I don't honestly know. I seem to remember it occurred on at least some of my cruises. A mind is a terrible thing.

Never warmed to pando cruises. (P&O)

Even though they are owned by Carnival, they aim at the British market.

have never ever heard or seen so many senior cruisers (Myself excluded of course) and they all complained. This was on Oceana.

The staff and crew lovely, food was nice, entertainment was ok. But by 10pm the ship was empty.

Lynn is kind and caring

when I first starting cruising in 1993 aboard the old Nordic Empress, even on 3 and 4 day cruises the waiters and busboys would know your name.

(also on the majesty, sovereign, legend and others)

Yes we had assigned seating for breakfast, lunch and dinner and i was told by the Maitre D' that Yes it was not unusual for him to go to a specific table, and ask the waiter to introduce him to his Seated Guests.

There would be repercussions if the poor waiter didn't know :)

It was part of the service.

Good Evening Miss Lynn, then pull the chair and put the napkin on the lap.

That was service

Lynn is so wonderful and lovely

Majority of these posts just reinforce my basic premise..a return to the way things "were"...not happening...but y'all know that...(((sigh)))...mebbe on so-called "boutique" cruises...where it doesn't matter what it costs...
