Yesterday I had some don time at work for a change, so I started a packing and to-do lists. Helps keep my thoughts organized and focused. Does anyone else use to-do or packing lists, or do you just wing it? i'm 50/50 on the follow through though.
To do/packing lists or nah?
At most I jot notes just to make sure we pack everything. But preprinted lists, nah.
I have a packing list on my computer and print it out for each cruise. I adjust the number of clothing items according to the length of the cruise. I would be lost without my list. And, yes, I do it for every cruise. I even made one out for my husband. The lists have kept us from emergency purchases many times. The only problem is that I often have to give others my supplies because they forgot to pack something.
I have 7 cruises and 3 land trips scheduled between now and December 2016. Not only do I have lists, but a flipping spreadsheet to track my travels. I would be lost without a list!
I wing it. If I forget anything I need I can just buy it along the way.
I have a list I keep on computer, I check each item off as I go. I keep all my paperwork in a folder from booking to dock.
I always make a list to ensure something does not get missed and usually start packing some things or at least gathering in set areas some thing that are to be packed
I have a list that is saved that I use for each trip. I print it off and then jot down the specific tops, shorts etc to take. It makes packing easy and nothing is forgotten.
I’ll make a list of the things that need to be done right before leaving home for the airport at 4:00am after only a couple hours of sleep, but not for packing. Bottom line: as long as we have passports and a credit card, everything else will work out fine.
Yes, I do the packing list... and the packing. I pack using the bundle approach so knowing exactly what we are bringing helps me to split pack clothes for each of us in separate bags. It also helps me not to overpack.
Not me. I wing it and keep it simple. Ive only done 7 day cruises so its easy to pack one bag and carry on.
