Saw this today and just have to say that I was very impressed with Princess for this one.First time I have seen a cruise line show this level of care for its employees. Way to go Princess.

While I applaud Princess for their actions, the reality is, as a corporation, had they done anything less or nothing at all, the optics would not be great. The goodwill they gather will create more revenue that what will be lost due to this event. I'm sure that creative accounting will minimize the loss. " I know, I'm a cynic...."
