Heres a few I MUST bring..

TEA LIGHTS..those lil cheapie battery powered thingies..buy 6 or so for a few bux any dollar store or wallyworld. the things seems to last almost forever and then toss em. for finding the bathroom etc at nite.you only need a couple for a whole week+....I cannot tell a lie...learned it in IN HERE.

EXTENSION CORD...yeh yeh I know power strips and so on, good/bad/oogly...a simple extension cord, I use a 12' to reach anywhere in the cabin for anything. stash it in a drawer in the am. no hassles.

COUPLE KITCHEN GARBAGE BAGS..yeh, for the dirty clothes, but...more importantly, if you're gong to use ships laundry (when you cruise enough to not care what it costs because its free) you put the plastic bag INSIDE their paper bag, which is designed to tear with anything more than a pair of sox in it,,,THEN stuff away.

How bout it ? any sneaky tips to help po suffering cruisers??? heheheheh

Magnetic hooks to hold almost anything

Flashlight with a magnet attached. Put near the bed in case of emergency.

USB 5 port charging station

Also bring a pouch of sanitizing wipes and small travel bottle of hand sanitizer just in case.

We like a magnetic dry eraser board. Great for messages and reminders. And i always bring a few ziplock sandwhich bags. Greta for keeping cash and or passports dry when you know you will get splashed and wet.

Water socks for beach days and underwater camera!

HMMM...tried to click on it to "like it" and it didnt take, so I clicked it again and it turned into an "unlike"..and -1!!! didnt know you could do that....well, I LIKE your suggestion but Im afraid to click it!!!

Great idea. Thank you.

I was thinking about taking a night light but to be honest ... tea lights perfect. i really like all your suggestions.

Hopefully I get to cone on my cruise once an alternative carrier has been found as flights were with Thompson Crying

Silly question .... what plug ports are on the ship? 2 or 3 prongs?? ... told you it was silly.... thank you matey!!

Mostly 3 prong, but there never are enough to em or theyre in the wrong place.

Zip lock bags. We also save up old underwear, socks and t-shirts, for cruises, so we can just throw them away when done. Our extension cord is small. The cord isn't even a ft long and it has enough outlets and usb ports for all our devices. A luggage scale has been inva.uable. Charge up all your camera battery before you go.

Ziplock bags and a few tealights are good suggestions.

All great suggestions, thanks everyone!
