I just saw some pictures of a topless bus tour in Ensenada Mexico. It looks like its an open top bus with a tour guide that gives you a tour of the city (not a bus full of topless folks).
Does anyone know anything about it, it isn't one of Carnivals excursions, and i can't find much on it online. Any info would be helpful.

I've seen topless buses in Ensenada but they looked like they had been driven under a tressel that was too low and the top had been chopped off ...
