I have read a few reviews about dieting on a ship so that you don't gain a pound a day. for me food is part of the enjoyment of a cruise.
When I was in my 20's and 30's I was on the sea food diet, if I saw food I'd eat it and stay skinny. (I'm talking 2 dinners and multiple ice cream and cake after dinner and hitting the midnight buffet) Well, that changed in the 40's. What I do now is I pre-diet before a cruise, while on the cruise I take the stairs and make sure to do lots of walking in ports. When I do this I have no guilt about eating what I want on the ship and only putting on a pound or two that I can drop when back home.
What do you do to not put on the 1 to 2 pounds a day that cruising can do to you ?
