Best excuse of all to be on a cruise (not that one is needed)

I know it could be worse, but it's my pity party darnit!

I do know it is bad in Cali, as well as many other parts of the world.

If I can only complain about the temperatures, then I know I am truly blessed.

But it is still kind of fun to complain

(Hope the fires get under control soon)

I lived on the island of St. Croix shortly after Hurricane Hugo hit - Rum was $1.00 a bottle and milk was $6.00 a gallon ... People brushed their teeth with it when they didn't have water. Yay Rum!
