Great Vacation on a very good ship
First I have to state that the cruise met just about every expectation I had based on prior experience and reviews. The ship was not huge. I thought that would pose an issue with me but in retrospect was a distinct advantage. The CROWD SCEENS were minimal at the restaurants, by the pool and most importantly at the gangways. Given that these cruises visit so many ports, it was wonderful that we never waited more then a few minutes to get off the ship. The process was professional and very organized. The itinerary was perfect and the 2 days in Venice were the best. The food on board was great too. Probably too good. We didn't book a specialty restaurant and as it turned out we didn't need to. Windows and The Gardens were the go to places along with Shogun for a change in pace. The main Buffet on the 12th deck was pretty good too. I will advise that this is not a great ship for Kids and should never be confused with a Carnival ship. Especially in Europe. No rock walls, flo riders or skating rinks. For us, we don't use them so they were not missed. The shows were pretty good, especially on the last couple nights. The pool side entertainment was NOT great. The DJ knew and played the same 5 songs every day. He could have and should have played a mix tape and gone for a swim. They had a band one day that was plain BAD and a guitar player that also played the same 4 songs each day he played. Not a good guitar player at all. Bottom line, I would cruise with NCL and on Spirit again. If I could have given a 4.5 stars I would.

Great ports of call, but the ship was average at best.
Best stop. They had a great pool with kind of a beach under the chases. Spent most of the day there.
MSC Armonia
Cancel and book a different ship if you can. If you cruised before, this will be a big dissapointment. I will not choose this ship again, even if the trip was free.
Good shopping. No excursion. Beautiful place!!!
Beach at Margaritaville was fun but very small...Like the ship.
Took a private taxi to the beach. $6 per person each way. Much less expensive then the Ship excursion and they take you to the same place.
6 Hours on a bus for 4 hours in Paris. Generally worth it but a tough way to see that amazing city.
MSC Magnifica
Choose this ship for price and ports of call. It was not very stable on not so rough water. We did a lot of rocking!!!
Loved this city too. Took a combo bus & lake tour. Their lake(s) are breathtaking. We saw countless little boats and paddle boards everywhare. Their downtown was very historic. We will go to Hamburg again.
Really loved this port. We did a bus tour and what a beautiful gem
Must see the Changing of the Guard. Amazing.
Love this city. 4th time there. Took a bus and canal tour. Advice, skip the bus altogether. The both stop at the same places. Much better experience and better pictures.
Small port but very pretty. Do on your own. Dont need a tour. Everythings close to the port.
Le Verdon-Sur-Mer (Bordeaux), France
4 hours in a bus to go to downtown Bordeaux for shopping. Not special and the tour was expensive for what it was........A bus ride. They have a Market 15 minutes from the port and a beach too. Unless you go to a Chateau for a wine experiance, just go to the market clos to the port.
Beautiful city with breath taking views. Town was a short ride and many people walked to the beach. You could see it from the ship. Special props for seeing the so called bridge in Getxio. Built will a guy that studied with Gustav Eiffel, so you can guess what it looked like
Le Verdon-Sur-Mer (Bordeaux), France
Tourest Trap. Nothing special to see or buy. Long drive from the port as well. We were expecting a very different experience but this city really didn't deliver
See the ruins. They found a mosaic tile floor intact that dates back to 250 BC. Cant describe......Its a must see.
See the cave. Amazing to go more than 350 feet below ground. Really cool.
Took a boat ride here. Nice port with great history.
Norwegian Spirit
Freestyle dining..............Its the only way to go. Show up when ever and get seated pretty fast. The longest wait was 20 minutes (ONCE)
