Acapulco, Mexico

Have been here before so did not do an excursion. Walked thought the old shopping area for about an hour. Was planning on visiting the old fort (right next door to the ship) but it is closed on Monday.

Puerto Corinto, Nicaragua

Did the banana plantation tour. Very interesting and a good tour. Afterwards you go to a "Hacienda" which is not a hacienda, rather a building built specifically for tourists for shopping.

Panama Canal Transit

Have done it before for it is still interesting. Expected to go through the new locks, but because the ship is less then 1000 ft long it goes through the old locks.

Cartagena, Colombia

We don't usually do excursions but in this case we took the Hop on Hop Off bus. You get the same "Old City" tour as others booking a more expensive tour specific to the Old City. Due to limited time you can't really "hop on and off" the bus or you will never make it back to the ship in time. But you do get a good look at the city.

Puntarenas, Costa Rica

Did the coffee plantation tour. A long drive for about a short tour and buffet lunch.

Puerto Quetzal, Guatemala

Didn't take an excursion. (All involved a 1.5-2 hours drive each way). The is nothing at the port itself.

Cabo San Lucas, Mexico

Have been to Cabo many times. (First time 30 years ago when it was a single old dock and gravel streets). Best thing is Cabo is the Starbucks you can walk to.
