Sister-in-law's Together
The shower for me it was handicapped.
Improvements could be to make sure if you are short on staff to make sure everyone pitches in and help because after sitting in dining room for about half hour till someone waits on you or don't sit us where there is no one for those tables.
Recommending this ship I feel if you like a big boat it's good. As for us we like the smaller boats because the staff are more personable and that means more to us.

Cruise tips
Stayed on ship
Boarded here
Cococay (Cruise Line's Private Island)
Thought about not getting off because of walking but I'm so glad we did. This island is picture perfect. So beautiful took my breath away. Have the chance again I will be getting off.
Loved the dolphins. No excursions because of expense and I can't walk far.
No interest
Grandeur of the Seas
The Grandeur is a smaller ship but needs to be because of the bridge. For us this is the one we travel on because we tried a larger one and because of my limitations on walking this fits us. But besides that the one major is the staff being more personal on a smaller ship as oppose to a larger one. We feel we are just a number on larger ship and we don't shop so don't need the stores or speciality restaurants. Each ship is great in their own way but when making your choice do you want more to do and just be a number or less to do and more personal staff attention. This is what I have encountered.
We visited this port 6 years ago and it was a very nice port where we docked. It's built up more now with shops. The public bathrooms here were not taken care of.
Cape Liberty (Bayonne), New Jersey
Cost $15 to cross over
Labadee (Cruise Line Private Island)
Private was great but if you don't want to be bombarded by the people stay away from the shops
Anthem of the Seas
Have lots of patience at least the first day. The elevators even though have many were slow. Whether your going up or down get on you will get there quicker than standing and waiting.
