We are going on Zuiderdam in March to Panama Canal. Any tips you or anyone else has been would be greatly appreciated. Hoping we love the Zuiderdam as much as the Nieuw Amsterdam. The food was absolutely delicious . The cabin steward always greeted us by name every day and asked how are Port days were. He was fantastic.
