The New York embarkation was a royal mess. It took over2.5 hours to be picked up and transported to ship. Should there ever be a next time, I will take my own transportation. The assigned room was not on the ship level as promised in writing. When I called the booking company the agent was tort and insulting this alone is enough for me not to use the service again. On the other note janelle is an asset to them she originally book the cruise and did a good job. It was another member that was crude and insulting.Embarkation
