Bad Weather we could not dock.

My excursion to Bloody Omaha with Holland America tour guide was not pleasant in fact humiliating and upsetting. The tour guide's Name was Claudia. I was on bus #14 with her and the driver. The first stop was for lunch and Claudia said we had an hour. To be back on the buss in so many minutes. I meat another passenger and we ate together and walked to the shops. When we returned the other passengers were already on the bus. Claudia said we were late. I stop to ask her about her watch and mine own time so it would not happen again. Claudia yelled at me "Your Late" and pushed me hard up the stairs of the bus. When I was on the bus I stopped to ask her again about the time so I could syncretize my watch with hers. Claudia shoved me again with both hands and yelled at me to sit down and yelled "we are late." Then she announced to the whole bus that the woman is asking about her watch because she knows she is late. I said back to her "the woman is questing her(Claudia) time with mine on my watch and pointed to my watch." The other passenger I was with told me on the bus clock we still had three minutes left before we were to be back. First of all Claudia should not have touched me at all. If it were someone else they probably would have turned around and hit her for she really shoved me hard up the buss steps. I could have tripped up the stairs. I am very upset with Holland American for allowing a tour guide to be so disrespectful as to push and shove one of their passengers. She tried to say later at the end of the tour that the passengers on the bus wanted to leave us behind and she had to treat me the way she did and it water over(whatever that meant) I said to her you should not have touched me at all. This was a extremely humiliating experience and I am very upset with Holland American for having such a tour guide. My fellow passenger was very upset to think that the bus would have taken off without us.
