Review summary

The ship was immaculate and sanitary. It was manned by a professional and caring staff. It would have been nice to have more advance notice about the next day's activities and ports. The information usually arrived the day before while we were at dinner. We were unsure what facilities to find at the port and what we needed to take with us. The emphasis was on SHOPPING! Our excursion at St Thomas (to St John) took an hour longer than was listed so we were unable to visit the city of St Thomas. There was very minimal shopping at the pier in Charlotte Amalie.

Would have liked to dock at the other pier where there is shopping already in place. St. John is a 45 minute ferry ride away and has gorgeous beaches and an extensive US National Park. Came back to port an hour late and we were concerned about getting a taxi to and from St. Thomas for shopping.

Gorgeous - on a sunny warm day. The sand is like extra fine sugar and the salty water so warm. The turquoise and blue sea against the creamy sand really says you are in the Caribbean.

Enjoyed a bus trip with gorgeous views. Good shopping close to the ship but I wouldn't want to be there after dark.

We had a very rainy day which left little to really enjoy. Learned a lot from the knowledgeable staff on the Iguana bus. Very nice Cruise Ship Port with a beautiful beach, extensive pool and modern shopping.
