Enjoy your evening meals in the dining room. Great food and presentation. Many on the cruise ate in the Lido for dinner so as to stay in their jeans. Believe me bring your "smart casual" and have your dinners in the dining room. Formal nights are a blast as well.

Do try both the Italian restaurant, the Canaletto, and the steak and seafood restaurant, the Pinnacle Grill, as they are well worth the extra fee. Do make reservations for them as soon as you get on board as the do book up quickly, especially the Pinnacle Grill.

If you like to drink a lot of coffee or iced tea during the day, bring a travel mug with a top from home. The ship only has normal small coffee cups that don't hold much. The top on a travel mug is nice when walking with a drink on a rolling ship.

This ship was "right sized" for us - big enough for comfort, but not so big that we felt overwhelmed or crowded at any time, including debarkation and embarkation for shore excursions. The "daily activites" sheet is a MUST READ. You'll miss out if you don't do a little daily planning.

Expect to pay a lot more for your trip than just what you paid for the cruise. Room service, buffet, and dining room food is free including water, coffee/tea, etc., but ALL soda and alcohol are extra ($$). NO free wifi - 55 cents per minute!!!!! Cell service only in ports (calls ~$10/minute!)
