Review summary

Was on the Holland America Zaandam. There was a nice variety of activities on board, as well as a large amount of public space to just hang out. I also liked that if hanging out in the lounges to listen to the musicians, there was no pressure to purchase drinks. All the crew members were so friendly and accommodating. The staterooms were well serviced. I was especially happy about the hand sanitizing units available throughout the ship.

The best part here is that the entertainment was family friendly. I was extremely pleased to be able to listen to great comedic performances without profanity or obscenities.

There is a small river next to the museum where I enjoyed watching the salmon during their journey of swimming up stream. There is also a great restaurant called Victoria's were we enjoyed our lunch.
