Review summary

This cruise is for adventure seekers who want to experience gorgeous water. It is not for shopping and restaurants/bars. You must have an adventurers heart and be physically fit. The hikes are demanding and most of the tours are water sports like snorkel, scuba and swimming. The ship as 56 stairs from the bottom deck to the top with no elevators at all. It is an amazing experience and you go for the gorgeous vistas and unbelievably clear waters.

The ship is 30+ years old but well maintained and kept very clean.

Cabin / Stateroom

The cabins are well appointed and have tons of space for your things. They are extremely comfortable and all cabins are the same - except for one slightly larger 'owner suite".

Again, small island experience - rent a skooter or "bugster". You can get all the way around the island in less than 2 hours.

Moorea, French Polynesia

More cosmopolitan but still about what Hawaii was 100 years ago. Beautiful water, more stores here and more things to do.
