The staff and entertainment were excellent. We picked the right amount of shore excursions and most I would do all over again. The food selections were great, but at times not very warm and sometimes not prepared for the rush of people as we had to wait on buffet food quite a bit. Overall an excellent ship and trip and will definitely be sailing with HAL again in the future.

Phenomal room service...these guys were very friendly and accommodating. Our dinner staff was amazing...Budi, Sudi and Pepita got to know us right away, called us by name and were extremely friendly and made us feel right at home.

The overall ship was great...our cabins were in the middle of the ship so close to elevators for easy access to any point in the ship, however we chose the stairs most of the time for exercise.

I was surprised the bed was made up of two twins so there was a crack down the middle...but overall it was very nice.

Road the train up to White Pass and bus ride back to Liarsville for salmon bake, all a must do. Also did a walking town tour which was very interesting.
