Review summary
Westerdam Lido deck definitely has problem. You suppose to self serve, but that's not the case mostly. Customers often wait in long line for their food. Sometime it is difficult to find a place to sit. Sometime they can be out of utencil even though it is not busy. One time, I sit with my wife at a desk, there's no clean utencil on the table, or any tables as far as we can see. The bus boy came to ask if we need anything to drink, but don't bother with the fact that we don't have utencil to use. We ask one of the work for utencil and it took him 5 minutes to produce a set. The manager was busy with changing music and not bother with the fact that customers don't have utencil for the whole section. I think they have a management problem at Lido deck.Ship experiences
