Review summary

We were stunned to see the Dale Chihuly ceiling in the dining room. Some decor is tacky, but we were impressed overall. The ship is kept very clean. They had people cleaning handrails, etc, constantly to prevent illness.

Liked the fact that it is not overdeveloped or crammed. Needs to be some transportation to other parts of the island so people can escape the crowds.

Very peaceful and private. We walked all the way to the other end of the beach to snorkel and it was excellent. We also enjoyed the stingray encounter.

Pros: Service on Holland America is excellent. Friendly with no attitude.

Cons: Not enough for my children to do. Organized activities were not well suited to 10-12 year olds.
