Review summary

The Westerdam is beautiful. Only 2 years old, it was built in Italy and has bits of Italien design throughout the ship. It is spacious with lots of areas for relaxing. The main stage has everything needed to put on first class shows. The ship feels elegant. Plenty of areas to watch the beautiful scenery. Lots of comfy chairs. It never feels crowded. It is also the prettiest ship out there with it's navy and white paint.

Enjoyed the city tour with Mendenhall Glacier. Also did the tram up the mountain. Both were worthwhile.

Would have liked a longer stop. Loved Ketchikan. Did the Duck Tour. Our guide was delightful -Brian- and very informational. Fun to take the Duck from land to water. Walked around town. Enjoyed Creek Street.

City tour with the Cultural Center, Archangel Dancers, Mt Michael's church, and the Raptor Center. Felt we spent a bit too much time at the Cultural Center. Wanted more time at the Raptor Center. Especially enjoyed seeing the Bald Eagles and the eagle talk. There was zero time for the gift shop.
