Good ship for short cruise (3-4days) but would get bored if any longer. My option only as I have only sailed on the ovation and symphony which are vast in size.

Don't waste your time doing a penang stopover cruise. This cruise was supposed to stop in Mallaca, arrive at 8am and depart 8pm, and KL, same times. But RCI cancelled the Malacca and kl stopover blaming water levels in Malacca straights (we sailed past Malacca and how does water levels in Malacca straight affect KL) and made it into a penang stopover. We arrived at 2.30pm and left at 10PM. Organised tours start at 1PM. So you are left to your own haggling with the hundreds of taxi drivers who descend on you once you clear the immigration hall. We found a guy for USD50 who took us to the usual places and we went back onboard at 7PM. Now at would I recommend this cruise purely because of the change in stopovers. A day in Mallaca and KL would have been interesting. A day (8am to 8PM) IN penang would have been interesting. 3 hours wasn't.

Explore the ship the first day so you know where everything is. Don't be afraid to ask questions. Just have fun.. you'll love it.
