Review summary

For a 3 day cruise was fun and relaxing food great the energy from people was enjoyable lovely ship a lot to do or just relax Only downfall was not given the right triple cabin and having the third passenger sleep on floor and not to be offered anything But in process of going through TA and RCI

Food was great the main dining room really looked after me especially with my food allergies and the windjammer food so much to choose from can get very busy

We booked a triple and two twins all three had been refurbed 8650 8652 twins 8658 triple unfortunately 8658 has been made to a twin so neither our TA or RCI informed us of this so the third passenger had to sleep on floor went to guest services who were nice but nothing was offered but to contact TA when we got home Beds are a lil bit hard I’m a soft bed person always clean hot water really good in shower no movement as it’s aft of ship

Double check your room before you board and transfer your AUS $$ before you go drink package was worth it

Thankyou we did enjoy and I did ring my TA oz cruising and RCI both investigating it as it was changed from a triple to twin after refurb but no one can answer the question of why as a cruise company would you still allow 3 people in a twin cabin before it even sailed See what happens But the atmosphere on there was good

So glad that you had a good time but no bed for your extra person is not acceptable,did you get in touch with the cruise line when you returned home,there should be some type of compensation for this !
