After talking to people who were on the larger ships they said there was a lot of waiting in lines but did not have that issue on Vision of the Seas because of it being a smaller ship

Use your App or Compass to pre-plan activities, they run back to back.then you can move from one to the other.

Pack light... although Cabin was comfortable for two, we could have packed lighter.

The best kept secret is the small Cafe in the back right corner of the solarium that opens at 1 pm ship time.

Join a FB group specific to your sailing. (several exists join one ;) AND CHOOSE A DINING TIME!!! if you want to eat at 5,5;30,6, then choose 5:15(earliest) If you want to eat at 6;30, 7, 7;30 then choose 7(later) EVERYONE ELSE WHO WANTS TO DO MY TIME DINING THEN COME BACK AT 8PM (my time/anytime dining means AFTER those regular dining times)

If you are a seasoned cruiser like myself don't expect the "bells and whistles" of the newer RCL ships. You will still enjoy your cruise without all the hustle and hassel of the bigger ships. For first time cruisers this is the ship you want to start with then if you like work your way up to the larger vessels.

Don't expect all of the bells and whistles - it doesn't have them. It is an average ship with excellent service.

A good spot to relax was on Deck 5, either side, there were sliding glass doors that went to the outside deck. Good for sun in the day, and full moon viewing at night.

It’s a small ship but that’s what makes it personable. It’s very clean with great service! No lines at all!

Make sure you understand this ship doesn’t have all the bells and whistles. As long as you understand that you will enjoy your cruise and not be disappointed.

Get the On-Ship App and read the daily activity sheet that is provide each day to take full advantage of all the Crusie's offerings.

Smaller ship but full of spaces. The staff was amazing. Only downside was that pizza was in the back of the Solarium

Be very gracious of the ship personnel. They'll look out for you if you treat them with respect.

As long as you realize she is an older ship without all the bells and whistles and not quite shiny and new, you will have an enjoyable cruise.

Take this ship if a good value. There are much better ships to sail on, but for port convenience and cost, might be a good choice. Crew was terrific!
