Change in venue, since the storm caused a change, we went to the Bahamas and Florida instead. I wanted to go to Canada!!!!

Review summary

We wanted to go to Canada, but due to circumstance with the tropical storm, we were sent to the Bahamas, Florida and Co Co Cay instead. Nice cruise overall, but we've been there multiple times and wanted to see something different

Embarkation

Great

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
The Windjammer was good and service was excellent. The main dining room missed us so they came to ask why we didn't come there. We relented and went one day where they were great.

Onboard Activities

3 out of 5
The movies were the same over and over again. The main screen at the pool level showed the same video's the past 3 cruises. Need to change things up. The one movie was for children, yet only a handful were onboard, most were adults who weren't interested in this type of movie.

Entertainment

4 out of 5
Rockport band were always great. The veterans ceremony was good also, but the cruise director seems to want it over with.

Children's Programs

No kids

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Excellent and I repeat Excellent staff at the Windjammer. The main dining room staff were great also. Our room attendant needs further training. He wasn't very friendly and missed a few things.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
People were always cleaning and making repairs even during the storm.

Cabin / Stateroom

4 out of 5
The drawers on the night stand wouldn't stay closed during the storm and noisy during the storm with something slapping against the ship at our window

Ship tip

Be very gracious of the ship personnel. They'll look out for you if you treat them with respect.

Disembarkation

Very fast as we carried our luggage ourselves and walked right thru. Couldn't have been any better.
