Review summary

This was our 40th wedding anniversary celebration cruise. We loved it to be together and away from kids ans others in such a great ship and cruise. We met fantastic people and had a lot of fun. We celebrated Halloween and the Veteran day on board. This was well done by the crew ship. Let aside our cabin issue this was a great trip.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

4 out of 5
All resto were great except the Izumi that was a very ordinary experience especially that we paid extra to eat there. Windjammer and Park Cafe were always fresh food, great services and easy to access

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
The gym was small but always fun to be in. The running track was perfect to do our daily run. Pools were great including wirl pools

Entertainment

5 out of 5
Shows were of different quality but overall achieved the goal of entertaining. We enjoyed them.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Our waiters (Mahles and Ana) were superbs and very attentive to our little needs. Our Bartander (Reynaldo) at the diamond lounge was the greatest.

Ship Quality

always clean all around

Cabin / Stateroom

The cabin space was good however we never been able to sleep a full nite due to incredible noise coming from the above deck and cigarette smoke coming from other places of the ship. We have reported the situation many times to different person (cabin attendant, Purser, Secutity, etc.) but no change happen. They told us we should chose a better cabin next time. The noise was loud and happened every nite around 3AM. This was the worse cabin we ever get in our cruises.

Ship tip

You should never take a cabin at the back of the ship and under the Galley deck on this ship

We were stopped by the police while walking in town about one mile from the port. It was considered too dangeurous for us to walk there and they forced us to take a cab back to the ship. The ship should not go to this port anymore.
