Beautiful weather during our trip to the Western Caribbean.  Food and service is always excellent with Royal Caribbean.  Port calls and excursions were outstanding with great snorkeling in Honduras and an amazing tour through the crystal caves floating on an inner tube in Belize.  The Mayan ruins are fascinating in Mexico (Costa Maya).  The Vision of the Seas is an older boat, fairly recently updated but does not have the facilities that the larger ships do. It is a smaller ship so less crowded.  The crew, including the captian, were outstanding however.  The shows were good, especially the headline acts, but the resident vocalists were average.

Recently updated but does not compare with the newer ships.

Ship Tip

Using the Express (carrying your own bags) disembarkation really saved time leaving the ship early in the morning.
