Lovely ship with no children policy, free spa, amazing food, loads of space and excellent public spaces. Doesn’t suit our style as included excursions were poor and clearly raise the price of the cruise. No tips and drinks included. Fellow passengers very conservative and judgemental. Prefer other luxury lines for our style of travel

Viking included bus pick up from airport which was good but made to wait for a long time in hallway. Professional but not fast like other luxury lines

Drinks not included so paid for the package which was very good. Sommeliers were excellent. Food was superb except for the strange specialty restaurant with the set menus. Italian is the best we have had at sea.
Onboard Activities

Not a strong point of Viking. Trivia was fun as was the officer bean bag challenge. Port talks were well organised. Golf putting. Dance classes were well done

No production shows but the musical acts in the lobby were often a highlight. The band in the nightclub were great but there was no one there

Had a strange experience with one bartender yelling at us and another refusing to give me coffee. All others were excellent although overall we felt like we were treated with a lot less respect than more mature customers

New ship, loads of space, promenade and walking deck, lovely crowd nest, free use of spa.

Had a dv1 on top floor. Modern minimalist style with amazing tv system. Lack of storage was strange. Lovely bathroom with heated floors. Coffee machine was a bonus

Viking is good for those who want included excursions but for us it makes them a bit expensive considering drinks and tips not included. Make sure to use the spa.
