Review summary
We had a great time. We took both included and additional excursions and enjoyed most of them. It was hard for us to decide on best port as most were excellent. We would have preferred an extra day in Copenhagen versus either Bornholm or Aaland Island. Food was excellent as it was hard to beat Manfredi's and the Chef's Table. And the World Cafe was a good go to spot for breakfast and lunch. We also enjoyed the Nordic Spa experience. Pre Cruise, we traveled on our own by train, boat, and bus from Oslo to Bergen via Flam (railway). We strayed overnight in Flam. Post cruise, we added back on our own the two (Helsinki and Tallinn) of the three stops that were eliminated because of the Ukraine. We glad that visited both Helsinki and Tallinn. And we added a four day layover in Reykjavik and Iceland is not to be missed. Viking allowed us to do so much pre, during and post cruise as we used Viking Air (Plus) to make the travel arrange between our home to Oslo and from Stockholm. Our cruise gave us lifetime memories.Embarkation
