First cruise did not want to get off Bit lumpy over biscay but nov Very friendly and helpfull

A very good cruise overall, nice for someone who hasn't cruised before.

This was our 12th cruise so have some experience to go on , the cruise was not a complete disappointment far from it , the food was great, the staff rude and uninterested in the main , the shore excursions excellent likewise the shuttle service, the entertainment well below par, the ridiculous layout of the atrium, no movies under the stars, so I mixed bag some good some bad but I would say go and try it you might like it.

We loved our 2 weeks on Ventura. The staff were excellent and our cabin was comfortable and clean. We have no complaints at all and would recommend this ship to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday.

I would like to be able to show photos in my review but the app keeps crashing when adding photos, report sent, no fix, apart from that another good cruise with P&O cruises, they just need to start looking at the younger next generation to attract as most on board don't have long to live.

The service was very wonderful- wherever you went on the ship, there were someone to help, a smiling face and the food was exquisite! We knew about entertainment, next port, weather etc because we had pamphlets each evening (for the next day) on our bed. Norway Fjords were beautifully grand and breathtaking- even is Bergen’s rain!

The fjords are beautiful, the towns are wonderful. Its definitely a cruise everyone should do at least once. The onboard entertainment was also great.

Very special time,loved every moment.We will be booking with p&0 again.

Lovely cruise - glad we did it, nice Ports to visit - Ventura easy to get around too if you don’t mind waiting for lifts, can be a long wait so we did stairs but not recommended if you not really fit lol

Enjoyable first experience on P&O many aspects were very well managed different and enjoyable. The cabins were first class - I just felt that had we not used the retreat area at extra cost there would have been certain similarities to Butlins in other areas where often there would be more demand than supply and the service chain breaks down

I have been on this ship several times. Overall service this time round was not as good. Restaurants crowed at times & P & O polices very confusing for staff & passengers.

First time on P&O and we were worried because we’ve only previously sailed Carnival which is quite informal and because of some of the reviews I’d read, however, we had a lovely week in the Norwegian Fjords and I would definitely sail P&O again. Ship was nice and no complaints really. Unfortunately we were expecting bad weather most days so was a lovely surprise to have a hot and sunny sea day. Plenty of places to sit and relax and some lovely bars. A shame that P&O charge for things like the adult sitting area and ice cream when these are included on other lines. There were 13 of us travelling and plenty to do to keep amused for most of us. The food was very good. Drinks were similar prices to bar prices in the UK, cocktails and spirits seemed cheaper. We were glad not to have taken the drinks package as we wouldn’t have had our money’s worth at £40 per day. Some of us booked early saver so couldn’t pick our rooms, however, although I booked two rooms at the same time for us and my son and friends son, they finally allocated us B211 and B212. I thought they were together but no they were on opposite sides of the ship...... however it wasn’t a huge problem but would have been if he was younger. Internet was expensive to buy so we managed without it for the week. All in all a great week spent with friends and adult children who all enjoyed themselves. My son and my friends sons (aged 17-22 yrs) thought there was more for their age group to do on Carnival but I think this could have been weather related. The older kids (24-26 yrs) enjoyed themselves. The Norwegian fjords are definitely worth a visit, but for me they don’t beat the beauty of Alaska which we cruised to last year.

Magical week in Norway, we only got a little sunshine but it didn't matter. The scenery was stunning, sailing the Fjords and at port. The luxurious ship and friendly staff made us feel special and the entertainment is top class, we will definetly go again.

A fantastic experience for our first cruise staff were amazing. The best holiday we have had. Chilled lovely time. And lots of drinks 😁
