Efficient, there was no delay, we were on the sip within 45 minutes.
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
The food was great in all restaurants most nights however on a couple of occasions the waiters seemed to be rushed and they didn’t provide a note personal service.
Onboard Activities
The main pool was slightly crowded and the sail away was rowdy as there were too many families on board for my liking, they should just respect those around them if they want to cruise.
Entertainment
The theatre shows were excellent throughout and the singers were also fantastic.
Service and Staff
The staff were pleasant enough and they were helpful, our steward was especially helpful. The waiters seemed to be rushed on some evenings.
Ship Quality
The ship is well thought out and clean. Ventura offers an element of luxury.
Cabin / Stateroom
Peninsular Suite. Very spacious and clean. The cabin was slightly worn but it was exceptional. The bed was comfortable (as always with P&O)
