All good. We used the Saffron one almost exclusively as did not like the self service one at all. We also used Costa.
Onboard Activities

We attended the Impressionist art talk and the LS Lowry one. What a shame they spent much of the time trying to flog you prints etc which rather spoiled the experience. Also went to 3 Salsa classes with Chloe and Oliver-all excellent and enjoyable.

We particularly enjoyed "Badness", the magic/illusion show (Stephen Mulherne) and the Adele tribute.

Ana our room steward was excellent and so were all our waiting staff in the Saffron restaurant.

All good but the fixed head shower spoiled it for me as unable to rinse off properly. Toiletries provided were good quality and a brand I use at home so I was delighted with those.
Ship tip
Use Costa as although you pay for the coffee, the food is free and we really enjoyed the cake in there.
Went on a Viking boat with the crew dressed as Vikings. Very informative and guys were very entertaining. They gave us dried fish and cured mutton on board as those were foods the Vikings would have eaten. A memorable experience.
Diod not like Bergen as much as the other places. We went on the funicular railway which was well worth it but it poured with rain and has to queue for a long time to get back on the ship as there were not enough coaches. We all got soaked to the skin.
