Review summary

Its difficult to say if we would book again with TUI/Marella after this cruise, especially as the first was so good. The show team is the only thing that made it bearable and Phillip (no card no charge) and bartender Mel Francis made the evening to be not long enough. If you complain about anything , take picture to back yourself as the cabin supervisors will call you a liar to cover their backside

Senior TUI staff as much use as a chocolate fireguard, the best people to ask are the true workers.

Just been refunded the visa costs by TUI. Email them to stay a claim as it seems that it’s the first they have heard about a visa charge for Cuba being in the cost of the cruise.
