Symphony of the Seas is a floating town. There is so much to do. The Water Acrobatic Shows are the most amazing thing I have seen. Great music throughout the Ship. Bring your camera and walking shows and keep going until your eyelids get heavy!

Don't have anything bad to say. Everything was more than I expected. Beautiful ship with lots of wonderful people and lots to do. Can't wait for my next one.🙂

If I had known just how many experiences my 7yr old wasn't able to participate in, I probably would not have chosen this cruise. There were a lot of tears. Shame on me for not digging deeper to all the hight/weight/age restrictions. Just because they are tall enough, doesn't mean they are heavy enough or old enough. Also, pretty sure the measuring pole for the zip line and lowrider is a good inch or two higher than it should be. We measured at home and our son just made it. On ship, he was ~1/2" too short. We also didn't see the minimum weight for th zip line in Labadee. He was old enough and tall enough, but 2lbs too light (75min) to ride and broke down in tears.

Kelly is amazing! She is kind and patient while answering questions. She works hard to find the perfect ship, room and ports of call for your family! We already have 2025 and 2026 booked with her! I can’t recommend Kelly enough!!

Other than the food, this was a Great vacation. I highly recommend it!>

Amazing food and the staff were so friendly and helpful always felt welcomed wherever you went on the ship.

This was my first cruise and I really enjoyed it. I hope to do it again soon.

Booking through BJ's was great and gave us extra perks. The itinerary was wonderful, the weather worked out and we visited all planned ports but this time, the food quality wasn't there and it seemed like a lot less service. We are pretty sure that this had a lot to do with the fact that Icon's first sailing was at the same time. Pretty disappointed. RC, you are better than that!!

We had an amazing time as a family and can't wait to cruise again!!!!

We loved it. It’s a huge ship and even with a 8 night cruise we realized we missed a lot of activities. Almost have to book again just to get to the stuff we missed

Tours were very good but was very disappointed with so much of the cruise.

Great family Christmas cruise. I would go again!!!

We had terrible weather the first three days of our cruise resulting in heavy seas and forcing 6000 adults and children to stay indoors. Can't blame the weather on the cruise line though. Internet and drink packages were very expensive and we gave them a pass. Lots of extra cost possibilities on board. Not exactly all-inclusive. Still had a good time overall.

The cruise experience was overall amazing. The staff were perfect and very pleasant. I would like to thank Sylvan, Renalyn and Nabila from the main dining room. Reneeta from photography and Arnold the room attendant as well as all the people who I sadly don’t know their names for contributing to a lovely experience.

Haiti was the best. Wish we would’ve gotten a bigger refund for not stopping at the Bahamas.

Overall was decent. Aside from toilet clogging issues nothing bad, but nothing amazing. Would debate trying another ship. Alcohol package was a must and the besf part of it
