The cruise was great food was great and the steward was awesome. RC made a mistake with it room assignment and it was a terrible experience. No one wanted to help us and finally got a result that worked but wasn’t what we paid for

Always pick your own room. Do not leave it up to the cruise line to choose your room for you.
