Great itinerary! A lot of fun, beautiful modern ship. Will definitely sail again either on this ship or another Royal Caribbean.

Embarkation

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
Food and drink was average, but it's exactly what I expected. It's a lot of people to feed at once. I don't expect five-star dining on a cruise ship of this size.

Onboard Activities

4 out of 5
Pools, spas, waterslides, flowrider, abyss slide all fun. The arcade for the kids needs a full makeover, older games, most were not working properly. Kids had a great time in the teen club.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
The shows were incredible, HIRO and Flight...Dare to dream shouldn't be missed

Children's Programs

5 out of 5
Kids had a great time in the teen club, took them a day or two to warm up but once they did it was fully enjoyable for them.

Service and Staff

4 out of 5
The service was not as good as I've received on other cruises. The State Room was only made up once a day and there seemed to be a lack of fresh shower towels. We had a balcony stateroom for four it was tight quarters it definitely needed 2 Services per day. I believe our state room attendant was newer because he didn't seem to know a lot of things. The couch with a trundle underneath that should be converted back to a sitting area was never done we had to push it in and out ourselves between night and day. The main dining room service was superb, at times the bar service could be slow but there were a lot of guests on board so it's understandable but I would say most of the bartenders were very attentive.

Ship Quality

4 out of 5
Very clean and modern ship the only downfall was the arcade seems to be lacking any kind of Maintenance or updates, we purchased arcade credits ahead of time for our children if we knew the condition of the kids arcade I would have skipped that purchase.

Cabin / Stateroom

3 out of 5
Four of us in a balcony cabin, 2 adults, a 14 year old and an 11 year old. it was very tight but absolutely doable considering we pretty much just slept there and got ready to go out there. The room only got one cleaning per day, which absolutely is not enough. There was a couch with a trundle bed underneath. I expected the attendant to make it a sitting area during the day and then come back for the evening to set it up as beds, however it was pretty much left as a bed the whole time and we had to adjust it as necessary. The two USB ports near the desk did not work however we brought adapters so we were prepared, we brought one European and two US multi-port adapters for all of our devices and it was plenty but absolutely necessary. The bathroom was a decent size but it's time consuming when four people need to get ready we may need to get two staterooms before too long.

Ship tip

Skip the arcade. don't overpack, take advantage of the on board laundry service, about a 24hr turn around, $35ish/bag

Ports of call

Ft. Lauderdale (Port Everglades), Florida

Embarkation Port only but it was very organized and easy to get on board

Labadee (Cruise Line Private Island)

The beaches were incredible absolutely loved this port, wish we had more time there

Falmouth, Jamaica

The excursions at the Port seemed very unorganized in the morning took a long time to get to our destination. We did the family Escape at Good Hope estate and it was a nice time but I don't know that it was worth the long bumpy ride to get there, pool area and chairs are in need of an upgrade. Next time I would do either a beach or try the caves.

Nassau, Bahamas

Very nice modern port absolutely enjoyed walking around so much to do I don't believe a shore Excursion is necessary. Visiting Graycliff is a must for me, www.graycliff.com
