Overall, we had a great time. There was so much to do for fun on the ship, and we were blown away by all of the amazing things we were able to see.

The main dining room was good and our service was excellent. But when our excursion was late returning to the ship, we were not allowed to be seated in the main dining room. The buffet had a good variety but not nearly enough seating. The food was not always hot.

We loved that there was so much to do. The zipline and slides were so much fun. The pools were crowded so we didn't use them.

HIRO was amazing! We also had a great time with Name That Tune and Trivia. The game show hosts make sure you have a good time. We missed our comedy show because our excursion was late getting back, so we opted to go eat instead. The live music was great.

For the most part, everyone was very nice and helpful. I had a couple of issues where I felt like customer service blew me off and could have been better. For example, I asked for a to go cup for coffee in the Windjammer. The guy said we don't have any & walked away. I asked another person and they opened the cabinet behind the coffee and handed me a cup.

Cabin / Stateroom

We had an interior cabin on deck 11. It was plenty big enough for 2 and lots of storage. It was nice to have a sofa so you didn't have to sit on the bed. Disappointed that you get a shower gel body/hair wash combo. Glad I brought my own shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. Need to have usb port on both sides of the bed not just one.
Ship tip
Not all excursions will make it back on-time to be seated in the main dining room by 6:00pm. Instead do the My Time dining reservation so you won't have to fight for a table at the buffet.
Took the excursion into Florence. Not well organized! The leather factory bathroom break should've only taken 20-30 min, but thanks to a couple of people who disregard the meeting time, we were there 50 minutes. Also be aware that the drop off/pick up points for the bus are far away. There is a lot of walking. Plus you have to pay to use public restrooms. I also found that people are not friendly to tourists. Our tour was also late getting back to the ship because we were waiting on 4 people who were late to the meeting point. We missed our dinner at the main dining. This excursion wasn't really worth the hassle. Florence was too far away and with so many variables that can affect the timeliness, next time I will just explore La Spezia.
Make sure to have Euros here. Town is not easy to get to. Took the bus provided by RC. Wanted to take the excursion to the fort/castle, but the fine print says closed on Monday. Glad we caught that before booking.
We did the Imperial Rome excursion. Did we do everything on the list? Yes. Was our tour guide absolutely amazing, Yes. Our only complaint was that we spent so much time standing in lines that we were not given any free time. This was a very expensive excursion and we couldn't even buy a souvenir.
We explored on our own. There were plenty of cabs to take you to town. It costs 21euro each way for 2. Also cab fare to the airport was around 36 euros for 2 people.
