Review summary

My dad has diabetes and his numbers were low so we called room service and they first gave us a hard time about getting the juice. Then they said we’ll send some up. It took room service over an hour to deliver a bottle of juice to my parents room. I went to Promenade Cafe and explained my situation to the staff about my dads low sugar numbers. They were wonderful, the staff at the cafe were quick and told us if we needed anything else to let them know.

Yes I agree was on in April the room service and main dining was quite poor

Have seen great difference between the food service folks and the so called room service folks on other ships (note: the room service DELIVERY folks have been overall good though).
