Review summary
Our cruise was very enjoyable. We appreciated the fact that there were many available chairs poolside. We contributed this mainly to the system employed on the Symphony of the sea. The shows we attended were excellent. We purchased both the dining and a drink package and we’re not disappointed with either. The specialty restaurants were all excellent as were all the prepared drinks. Service in all areas was excellent and our room housekeeping was outstanding. Cocoa Kay was the highlight of all shore stops. We had only two negative aspects of the cruise; we felt the room temperature could not be lowered enough and that you onboard Wi-Fi was, problematic. We have sailed all the sister ships and we were not disappointed with the new addition of the Symphony of the sea. This ship was very clean and seldom felt crowded. See Coco Cay Warning.Embarkation
