Overall it was fantastic. Some of the other cruisers were very rude but it is what it is. Food was delicious and drinks by Lee at Boleros were the absolute best!!! Having a balcony was definitely worth it.
Embarkation

The terminal is beautiful however the traffic is horrible. Also we could not hear the announcements, making it hard to know when and where to board. The rest of the process was pretty straightforward.

Food and Dining

We ate at Chops Grille, Wonderland, 150 Central Park, El Loco Fresh, windjammer, and the solarium. Everything was delicious minus windjammer. Windjammer's food was overcooked and old.
The best was chops! Meats were made to perfection!
Onboard Activities

There were plenty of things to do however most weren't for us. Must try the flo rider.
Water slides were awesome.
Fitness center was awesome and clean.
Entertainment

We loved Hiro! The live music in the promenade was horrible. In boleros the singer would just stop mid song.
Service and Staff

Lee in Boleros and Ben in 150 central were the best!
Every employee made us feel welcome.

Ocean view balcony.. priceless
Fabian was our cabin guy and while personable, he barely touched our carbon the entire trip. Bare minimum. No towel animals.
Ship tip
Walk. Don't take the elevators. Have patience. Most cruisers we experienced were very rude.
Smile. You're on the symphony!
Traffic and haggling are horrible at the port. We did an excursion with Daniel Johnson's Sloth and Monkey sanctuary....awesome experience. The animals are happy and healthy. The people, from your driver to the tour guide, are all friendly and care deeply about what they do. You can book online with them and pay at the sanctuary. I recommend a t shirt to wear. No tank tops or tube tops! Unless you want a monkey, or 2, in your shirt! 😂 I had 2 monkeys fighting inside my shirt!!!!
As a Key guest we were able to have breakfast and when we wanted. All we had to do was tell a staff member we were the key and they quickly helped us bypass the lines!
