Great ship! Big ship but manageable. Wonderful staff. We were a family group of six and everyone had a terrific time. The teens loved the slides, flow rider, zip line, pool. They and we enjoyed it all. CocoCay was beautiful but a bit disappointing in tt

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
Dining rooms were nicely arranged. We met the manager host “O” in the 5th floor dining room. He was excellent. He made us feel very welcome, found us a nice table with a competent waiter and assistant waiter, would circulate the room and be sure everything was good. Great person. We loved the Bistro. The beauty of the room, the staff, the food. Everything. The Windjammer was a fun place. El Loco was a wonderful find. Everything was so fresh and hot. We had a ball at Hibachi with Tracy our chef. She made it so much fun and laughter. And the food was very good. Great start to our trip. We also went to Jamie’s Italian Restaurant where we ran into a wedding rehearsal group having dinner. They were having a lot of fun with their celebration. Our waiter was very good and attentive. He was excellent — personable, confident, very welcoming and understanding. We felt welcomed with open arms.

Service and Staff

All good. Even met a favorite waiter we had on Independence of the Sea, which was a wonderful surprise.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
All the restaurants on the promenade were always neat and clean. And the public bathrooms were kept very clean. Amazing attention to cleanliness on such a big ship.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
We had 3 cabins in a row for our family. All were super. Clean and spacious. My cabin was decorated in a birthday theme as a surprise to my granddaughter. She loved it. It was also great that our balconies were able to be connected which enabled us to gather together on them.

Ship tip

The ease of embarkation and getting off the ship. Outstanding. The wonderful service on the ship.

Ports of call

Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas

Lovely port. We found a great little beach with jet skiing , snorkeling, restaurant not far from the ship. Wonderful day.

Perfect Day At Coco Cay, Bahamas

1 out of 5
Big island, well kept. Nice bbq luncheon served by RC. Theme park very crowded. Beach crowded. Pool crowded. But then again, there were about 6000 people on the ship. Great transportation jitneys from ship to entrance and around various parts of the island. That was great.

Disembarkation

5 out of 5
Easiest disembarkation ever. RC you are to be congratulated on your updated systems.
