Review Summary

VOOM internet service was not worth the price paid as the connection kept dropping every day. Staff did not execute on providing some of the perks of the cabin package we booked. Visited guest services three times in order to obtain some of the items/perks.

Embarkation

Very slow. Same long lines through security. Taking picture prior to sailing did not speed up process. Slightly shorter walk from security to ship. Took 50 minutes from sidewalk to ship.

Ship Experiences

Food and Dining

4 out of 5
MDR and specialty restaurant staff could not do enough for us. They exceeded all expectations. The food was just average fare. Park Cafe in Central Park was a good choice for breakfast and lunch.

Most of the staff went out of their way to exceed all expectations.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
Crew members were seen consistently cleaning.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
View of Central Park was a very nice change from just an ocean view balcony. Cabin was nice size with plenty of storage. Our cabin steward kept our cabin very clean.

Ship Tip

If you plan to see HIRO book your show reservation in advance. Park Cafe is a good place to avoid the crowd for breakfast.

Scheduled a tour of area on our own. Traffic in the south beach area and downtown Miami was congested.

Philipsburg, St. Maarten

5 out of 5
The French side of the island is unique and worth the time to visit.

Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas

Beautiful views of the island from the hills. Great places to shop.
